Where it all began…

Three childhood friends, just $900 to our names and a dream hotter than our chicken. In 2017, we opened in a gritty East Hollywood parking lot—folding tables, a portable fryer, and the LA night sky.

Then, Instagram did its thing. People came, tasted and spread the word. Friends told friends. And soon enough, EATER LA sent a reporter. One bite of our hot chicken tender and he was hooked. The next day, he wrote, “East Hollywood’s New Late Night Hot Chicken Stand Might Blow Your Mind.”

And as they say, the rest was history!
